Kaarters is a software platform that helps organizations manage distributors, retailers, riders, orders, and delivery routes. Kaarters provides the software only — we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the underlying commercial transactions, deliveries, or agreements between distributors, retailers, and riders.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

Records of orders, payments, and deliveries entered into the Service reflect information provided by users. Kaarters does not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by other users and is not responsible for disputes arising from transactions between distributors, retailers, riders, or their customers.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kaarters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaarters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to deliveries, orders, or third-party conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaarters operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
